Just like commercial airlines, we make the determination the day of the flight if we have to cancel due to weather. We will contact you at least an hour prior to your scheduled departure time to reschedule or issue you a refund.

We require 6 miles of visibility or more and a cloud layer that is above 600 feet. We can fly in light rain as long as we have the visibility we require. We do not fly in electrical storms or heavy gusty winds.
-
The only passenger restriction is no single passenger can weight more than 300 lbs. Taller passengers can sit up front next to the pilot for more leg room.
-
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. This allows time to find the location once inside of the Peachtree Dekalb Airport area, park, and walk inside the Signature Flight Support lobby. We also recommend you allow ample time for potential traffic delays that are common in the Atlanta area. Your 2nd confirmation email upon booking will have detailed instructions & directions; please make sure to open it beforehand.

-
Yes! We only fly at 600-800 feet, so altitude is not a concern.
-
Yes we can land on private property as long as we have a flat, level 60’ X 60’ space and permission from the property owner.
-
We can accommodate up to 4 passengers and the pilot.

Our pilots would say any time of day is a good time to fly! However, some of the most popular times would be around 12:00pm or 1:00pm when the sun is highest in the sky. There are not a lot of shadows on the ground at that time, so it is easy to see everything. Sunset is always a popular time for a romantic flight. And finally, nighttime is quite popular. The city lights up beautifully at night!
-
Yes you can take all of the pictures and video during the flight that you would like.
-
NO. Just wear whatever you are comfortable in. There is a short walk of about 100 yards from the terminal building to the helicopter, so you are aware of that. The helicopter has heating and air-conditioning, so you will be comfortable during the flight.
